Its a hilarious situation for sure. To add to the fun is the amount of people in the UK who suddenly care about US politics and weeping tears over something they have zero understanding of.
The trump effect is the new part of voting that has become a bit of a dirty secret. If we take voting No for Scottish independence, voting for britex or now voting from trump the polls and voters all suffered from one thing the poll predictors could not predict..... The amount of silent people too scared to come out and tell their dirty little secret that they want change (or not in scotlands case). The fear of coming out and saying they are not happy with the way things are in case they are branded racist The links with britex and trump are so similar with the voters, all about rejection of government, lack of jobs etc and right or wrong, it is the last stand. The last stand? the last stand before it is too late (it is already) where the people try and take back their country before it is over loaded due to open boarders etc and stop all this free world travel etc. the people have had enough. regardless what people think, free travel, care and low paid jobs are killing the world. its a vicious cirle. Killing the populous of the 1st world, but at the same time killing the prospects and development of the countries people are coming from removing income, taxes, brains etc etc etc from those countries. Vicious circle where no country or people win. also a big rejection of all politicians and the crap they have been doing with their grey policies blending into the same crap for years just a shame they waited too long. one bit I missed out was the impact of the age of the voters.
Its like the older generation bringing the younger generation into line, in the UK and the US. You had your fun, but enough is enough Schools teachings are all about liberalism and tree hugging. The world the older generation remember was not created that way life might not have been great in the old days for that generation, there may have been poverty etc but the way they see it is they did not go through that for their kids to give it all away. Back then they voted labour or conservative, democrat or republican. Now the only vote is for love and hugs and one big grey cloud of crap. vote red, vote blue but let it mean something |

I'm not going to bash you, I mostly agree with you. There is huge dissatisfaction in many countries between people and their governments - Ireland protesting being the most taxed country in Europe and having a leader 75% of us didnt vote for.
Brexit was a f**k you to Europes controlling elite. In Germany there is massive backlash agaisnt Merkel for letting in 1 million asylum seekers and Trump is a f**k you to established Politics in the U.S. Prominent Republicans and Democrats alike went against him and still he got the majority vote. Bottom line is people have had enough. The problem is though that voting for something radically different from Establishment like Brexit or Trump may do more harm than good - time will tell. -------------
