Many processors are safely functional up into the 80's Celsius. You should be completely fine if you choose not to change the CPU

Just did this on one of our work PC's... cleaned with a good lint-free wipe and some isopropyl. I've loved Arctic Silver for YEARS. Great stuff.

Thanks! I've never used any product, just a lint free cloth, because I don't want to buy something that I might use twice a year. I do have a ton of brake cleaner though!
