I put an email in to the company that makes the dual 80mm radiator to see if it will be enough to keep my cpu cool. Worse case scenario I could just add another radiator and fan wherever I could get it to fit I suppose. Found 80mm fans with PWM that would allow the bios to control fan speed based on processor temp.

That case he used is bit bigger than mine and can fit the full-size cooler.
I decided to move up to a dual 92mm radiator with 2-92mm PWM fans. If that is not enough cooling power then I can add a single 92mm into to the loop. I will be cutting into the side of my case to install it, which means I can keep the rear 80mm fans for case cooling. |

All I have left to get is the video card and CPU cooling setup. This morning I found an air cooler that will fit my case. Dual 92mm fans: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608016 The company sells a kit for the LGA 2011 socket so I could use this heatsink. Now I have to make a choice between air cooling and custom water cooling. |

Wow just read some reviews.i7-3930K stock is about equal to a 2600k at 5ghz.
Good air cooling is equal to bad water cooling h50.

Its not bad its just cheap and got only CPU block, doing great job. 28 C idle, max temp 47 C. Cant wish more for 70-80$

I decided to go with water cooling. I'll be purchasing the parts this week. Adding a second case fan to give me two 120mm fans up front for intake. |
