Default is 100ms Ping right? 
 
So that should be where you are not missing the hitboxes.
 
If your ping is lower than 100ms the hit boxes are actually in front of the target you see?
 
If your ping is higher than 100ms the hit boxes are behind the target you see?
 
Just want to make sure I read that right before I try adjusting anything!!!
