Well I certainly glad Im not the only pastry chef!!!
I hope works going well for you. Florida is sucking in the food service sector now (in all sectors really). LOTS of good eateries closed up shop, work force is flooded with cheap labor.....no fun :(
And thanks everyone for the welcomes!
I know XOBC from another forum and if you think hes scary...well....you should see the other people there!!!! :P

It's strange to hear the food service industry is slumping in FL. Generally I feel that it's on the incline throughout most of the US. It fairly easy to come across a job in the industry here in WA at the moment. It's no joke though that about 80% of any bakery or restaurant opened close down within 2 years.
