Take a look at those links.Billy is running Vista with Nvidia 8400 GS video card.It seems the problem is that he dont renders very well the world, i dont know if its realy an excuse but it seems the problem is old and well known.If you google it you will find alot of banned players because of this.

hit update windows and look for all available downloads not just the nessecary and safety updates
 
see if there is a update for you videocard between it and download and install it
 
if not visit nvidia.com
 
download the latest driver
 
gav told me you got the geforce 8400 gs
 
dont know your vista setting but i am sure somebody else can help u with that
 
go back in the game and see if your problem is solved
 
then you dont need to go back to you xp

I don't believe anything as long as I can't say with certainty that something is wrong with your SoF II.

press j if you see you think something strange
 
then you can look it back in /ad/screenshots or rpm/screenshots
