Get Team Speak!! I see players on Wasteland that I have played with for years. I still don't know you from Adam. I played for several years myself before being able to speak online ,ingame with others. That's how you get known and have your best chance to get into OBC. Even if you don't get in right away, and it can take months, your game play will be much more fun. TS is not a requirement to join at all, just mo better in game.
     It's a whole new ball game with TS. You will be able to coordinate attacks and just plain old have more fun. Ever played against a group of UNIDS or some other clan and get creamed over and over? Well that's no coincidence, they are talking! Get TS! I wont play anymore without it! All the instructions for downloading it are found in the "general board" topic. Be sure to get the "Q3E minimizer" as well. Link at the bottom of the page for all. This enables you to toggle between TS  or your desktop and the game. There may be a later version than this available. You will need a headset w microphone. They are not expensive. I/We want to hear from you!! Did I mention you NEED TS? Good! Now get it and lets kick some...

CASE IN POINT!!

Mr P is our newest OBC member. Guess how we got to know him????
Like many of you Mr P has been playing for years in this server. And several OBC members liked the way he plays, no foul language, plays to win, etc....
It was when he got active in the Forum, GOT TS, and showed interest in joining that  he got noticed. This started the process of Team chat that ultimately got him voted in.
Did I mention "Team Speak"? good!
There have been several others up for consideration of late that did not get the votes required simply because:
 1. Appeared to have no interest in OBC forum.( NO posts)
 2. No effort to get known via TS.

There are several players that I we have played with for years and very much like the way you play and would like to see you as a member. Take the next step and SHOW your interest.
This is not a promise or guarantee you will get in but the odds are in your favor.

Thanks Moore for helping make the point. Once you give it a try you will never go back to playing blind.

Two screens, very nice, you go to head of the class. For me a headset with mic is more controllable and the mic does not pick up room noise as badly. I'm still impressed that you will play early in the morning your time to join some us at night here.
