Wasteland has it turned off so you can't see the names of the enemy when you are aiming at them or in their direction.  Some players create a bind using chat tokens which will display the name of the last person you hurt or killed, or the last person that hurt you or killed you.
 
 
 
Follow the instructions and you will be able to press the 'P' key and it can type out for you:  Nice Shot *O.B.C* Ice Man

If memory serves, certain parts of the mod require certain files server-side. I can go into certain servers and if I use M4, the M203 launcher is invisible. It's still functional, but invisible. No big deal and I can't tell you how to fix it, but I believe that's why Wink
