hmm read all that
happy to read there are Coen brothers fan (hey killa ;-) but sad I am the only one who likes Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals anyway Led Zep Rage Against The Machine true rap (LIL SCIZ man u can't like rap and like sum41 and oasis...wth...lol) methodman & redman album is a must, nelly is more for great HOT parties to me... NTM (french rap) jack johnson some jazz, some of norah jones (she is kind of a slut too though, but SO far from the previously cited... Conan interested ?) Let me tell some of our SLOVENIAN!! artists like Siddharta ever heard of them on MTV with the song DICE?? THEY ROCK (like metallica linkin park limp bizkit good charlotte and many more!!!rock is the future rap is 2day!!) |

All time fav: Alice Cooper ( did an Air ban gig @ School when I was in grade 7) know all his songs off Heart JUst to name a few, Deep Purple, Led Zeplin ,Pink Floyd, Rush, Neil Young, Jethral Tull, George Thoroughgood, The Who, Peter Framptom, Janus Japlin, Arrowsmith, Queen, Supertramp,The Cars, Steve Miller Band, The Gratefull Dead, Stones, ELO, Doug & the Slugs, the Doors, Max Webster, Genisis, Street Heart, Styx,Elton John & the list goes on,Fleetwood Mac & some from my Punk Rock Days (79 - 80 era :Judas Priest, Sid Visious, Teenage Head ,The Tubes, The Kinks & many many More. & oh ya MY favorite Guitar Player, MY Cousin inlaw Jeff Healey.& not cause he's Family, there just isnt any better. Hey Rat, I use to be a bit of a "metal" head as a teen and some of those groups bring back memories. I loved Judas Priest. They're playing here next week supported by the Scorpions. Would have loved to have went but have prior family commitment (namely the birth of my second child ). Really can listen to most things - have been to concerts as diverse as Nanci Griffiths and Alanis Morrisette to Metallica and the Prodigy. As far as live acts are concerned its hard to beat Frank Black or AC/DC. |
