Im mainly a rap guy but i like most other stuff except country and classical. My 2 latest cd's r NELLY- SWEAT & SUIT....def a must buy but since im from STL and i have a friend who lives next to his uncle its pretty cool. I myself have never met nelly but i would def like to...i have met murphy lee though he was tight as hell. Neways im WHITE i like rap im from STL so it makes some sense somewat. Biggest rapcity is prob Atlanta more than likely im not really sure but STL is prob the 3rd largest in the US. I like other  stuff to it really just all depends. I like LINKIN PARK a lot and i like some SUM41 or GREENDAY and OASIS is a classic favorite. My dad also got me into oldies. So i guess if u ask me wat music i like its more than likely wat u all like other than country and classical. O and i also love acapella and really wish i could sing as well as some people do (DAN) but i cant i still practice a little on my own still though its just fun to be urself and all u know?
Aight well im out so c ya all and take care!

Anyways...So i was listening to my Launch cast radio on YIM one day and I heard this song... Time is Running Out ..By a Band called Muse. Well, after listening to it i was like.. I'm so gonna download that song. So I did..and also about six more. Every song of theirs I like. So I'm going to list the songs I have:

Butterflies and Hurricanes

Plug In Baby

Sunburn

Apocalypse Please

Feeling Good

Falling away with you

Rule By Secrecy

Sing for Absolution

Dark Shines

Stockholm Syndrome

Blackout

Time is Running Out

Hysteria

Space Dementia

Endlessly

Thoughts of A Dying Atheist

So yea, I guess they are from the UK. I'm going to look for their CD today. Cause my CD burner is poopy.  http://www.muse.mu/ there found a website.

wow, just read the enitre thread...

I got sad when I got to page 5

Country is where its at!

Tim McGraw
Kenny Chesney
Alan Jackson
Toby Keith
Gretchen Wilson
Jimmy Buffet
Garth Brooks
and SOOOOO many more.

I suggest some of the following songs as a Country gate way drug

Kenny Chesney
- Keg In The Closet
- When the Sun Goes Down
- Big Star

Tim McGraw
- Live Like You Were Dying
- Indian Outlaw
- I Like It I Love It
- Down On The Farm

Alan Jackson
- Little Bitty
- Too Much Of A Good Thing Is A Good Thing

Gretchen Wilson
- Here For The Party
- Red Neck Woman

Big and Rich
- Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy

Jimmiy Buffet
- Margaritaville
- Hey Good Lookin'

Montgomery Gentry
- If You Ever Stop Loving Me

SOOOOOO many more for sure.  I just put a few of what I think are the better tracks, but people like McGraw and Chesney (my 2 favorite country artists) have entire CDs full of great songs.  Don't just fall into the sterotype that country is bad.  Listen to it first and then judge!  If you still don't like it, then I can understand, but too many people say it is bad without even listening to it.  I was that way once, but not any longer.  And just as a note, classic rock the other type of music I like and most of the coutry I listen to is very rock influenced.
