We do not recruit.

We use a democratic process when inviting new members to our team.

The process:

Potential players are discussed in the team section of the forum, sometimes for weeks, to get everyone's opinion of the person.

We then, when invitations are on, hold a team vote for that player, and the majority decides. A potential player must get at least 3/4 of the teams YES votes, to be accepted and invited to our team.

 

We do not recruit, we are exclusively, an invitation only team. We generally do not reply to I wanna join posts, if you are interested in becoming a part of our team, it is ok to express your interest, we keep a list of potential players, and interested players.

Note:Out of respect for other teams and clans, we do not generally invite anyone to onto the team who is wearing, or has worn tags in the past.
